Dr. Motyl will discuss the new dangers facing Ukraine after the brief euphoria following the successful protests on Maidan.

Previously he served as associate director of the Harriman Institute at Columbia University from 1992-1998. A specialist on Ukraine, Russia, and the USSR, and on nationalism, revolutions, and empires, he is the author of ten books of non-fiction and numerous articles in academic and policy journals, newspaper op-ed pages, and magazines.
