Jeff Wilcox

Every artist has something within which demand the expression of personality, experience, and the spirit of the age. As a sculptor, I am motivated by these elements. My present work of raised assemblages consist of raw materials, metals, stone, and wood all of which are ever present in nature.

I am constantly thunderstruck by the patterns that the natural world fabricates through randomness and unprecedented order... a spider’s web, a leaf, a snowflake. Somewhere between this randomness and order my sculpture exists and evolves.
