Vasily Fedorouk

Vasily Fedorouk is recognized for his stone carving expertise, particularly granite, and his emphasis on the natural beauty of the stone itself. Fedorouk attended Kostiv Art College in 1966 and continued his education at the Lviv Academy of Art from 1972 to 1977, where he specialized in sculpture. In 1982, he became a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine. 

Fedorouk exhibited internationally, both in private collections and public installations in Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Israel, Italy, Norway, Russia, Singapore, Turkey, Ukraine, the United States, and Yugoslavia. In 2000, Fedorouk won the grand prize award in the MBNA (Monument Builder of North America) held in Las Vegas. His sculptures can be found in museum collections including the Washington State Historical Society, Nikolaev Regional Museum of Local History in Ukraine, and the Ukrainian National Museum in Chicago, IL.
