UIMA’s permanent collection holds over 1200 works of art in a variety of modern and contemporary styles. Two main focuses of the collection are art by Chicago artists and Ukrainian art outside of Ukraine but sometimes these two overlap. The collection also contains art by Ukrainian and other European, American and Canadian artists. Works from this collection are rotated for display in the permanent collection gallery. Currently on display are staff picks with the inclusion of a few recent acquisitions.
