The selection from The Pyramid and Angels and Texts first appeared in the bilingual Ukrainian-English 2001 collection Angels in a Pyramid. They are reprinted here in a revised version. Those from The book of complaints were prepared for this publication. The interview between Volodymr Tsybulko and Yuriy Tarawsky first came out in the English version in The Ukrainian Weekly No. 15, 16, 2003. The Ukrainian Version was published in Kur’yer Kryvbasu, July 2004.
