On February 15th, 2025, the Chicago community gathered at the Ukrainian Institute of Art for the opening of “Our Story Is One” by Maryam Safajoo. At the beginning of her reception, we conducted a short interview to deeper understand her process. You can read the interview here!

Artist and master glassworker Eric Bladholm will host demonstrate glass blowing and molding techniques and host a Q&A with attendees. There will also be a tour of the Chicago Glassworks studio space!
